Last updated October 7, 2026 · Mac Financial Tech Group, Inc., doing business as Mac Wireless Co.
Quick facts. Texts are optional. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, START to opt back in. Message and data rates may apply.
These terms apply to the text (SMS) messages you agree to receive from Mac Wireless Co. (Mac Financial Tech Group, Inc.) through macwirelesss.com. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
SMS consent communication
The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your opt-in and your consent to receive texts are never shared with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Types of SMS communications
If you have consented to receive text messages from Mac Wireless Co., you may receive messages about your requests and your account: customer care replies, order, activation and shipping updates, and account and billing notices such as a bill that is ready, a payment receipt or a failed payment. If you apply for a job with us and check the box on the application, we may also text you about the status of your application. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Example message: “Hello, thank you for contacting Mac Wireless Co., how can we help you? Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. For assistance, text HELP or visit our Privacy Policy at https://macwirelesss.com/privacy and Terms of Service at https://macwirelesss.com/terms.”
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your account activity: you receive a text when something happens on your request or account, such as a reply from a specialist, an order update or a bill notice. Most customers receive only a few messages in a month. Across all of our customers, our volume is well under 1,000 text messages a day.
Potential fees for SMS messaging
We do not charge you for the texts we send, but message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers may charge a fee for each message sent or received, and the amount varies with your carrier plan, your location, whether a message is sent domestically or internationally, and the type of message. Check with your wireless carrier about what your plan includes.
Opt-in method
You opt in to SMS messaging from Mac Wireless Co. by checking the optional text-message consent box on the intake forms on our website at macwirelesss.com, such as the Contact form, the business and internet request forms, the shop quote, preorder and financing forms, the unlock quote form and the checkout and job application forms. The box is never pre-checked, and you can submit any of these forms without checking it. Checking it is optional and is not a condition of buying anything from us. This agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Opt-out
You can opt out of SMS messaging from us at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive. After you opt out you will receive no further SMS communication from us, apart from a single message confirming your opt-out. You can opt back in at any time by replying START, or by checking the consent box on one of our forms again.
