911 & Emergency Calling Notice

Last updated September 3, 2026 · Mac Financial Tech Group, Inc., doing business as Mac Wireless Co.

911 works on every line

You can call or text 911 from any active Mac Wireless line, and from a line that is paused for non-payment. Emergency calls are routed to the public safety answering point (PSAP) for your location.

Your registered E911 address

When a 911 call cannot be located automatically — most often on Wi-Fi calling — the address on your account is sent to emergency services. That address is the service address you gave at activation. Keep it current in My Account whenever you move; an out-of-date address can send help to the wrong place.

What we ask of you

Keep your E911 address accurate, tell everyone who uses the line about these limits, and keep an alternate way to reach emergency services if your household depends on Wi-Fi calling. This notice is provided in accordance with FCC rules for interconnected wireless and Wi-Fi calling services.
