Certified pre-owned devices
30-day functional warranty. Every pre-owned phone, tablet, watch or Mac is tested, IMEI-verified and never blacklisted. If it stops working within 30 days of delivery for a reason that is not physical damage, liquid damage or a software change you made, we repair it, replace it with the same or better grade, or refund it — your choice.
14-day return. Not happy for any other reason? Return it within 14 days of delivery in the condition it was sold (same grade, no new damage, all accessories, activation lock removed) for a full refund of the device price and tax. You pay return shipping unless the device was defective or not as described. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
Cosmetic condition is described by grade on the listing and is not a defect. Battery health is guaranteed to the minimum shown for the grade at delivery; batteries wear with use afterwards.
Mac5G equipment
Routers, extenders, antennas and cameras carry the manufacturer's warranty (12 months unless the listing says otherwise). Unopened equipment can be returned within 30 days for a refund less any shipping we paid; opened equipment can be returned within 30 days if defective. Monthly Mac5G services are billed by Mac5G Internet and cancel at the end of the paid month.
New-device preorders
A preorder is a reservation with no charge until we confirm availability, tax and delivery with you. Cancel any time before shipment at no cost. Once a new device has shipped, returns follow the manufacturer's new-device policy (typically 14 days, unopened or in like-new condition) — ask before opening if you are unsure.
SIM cards, eSIMs and service
Physical SIMs are free and non-returnable once activated. Wireless service is paid a month at a time, in advance, and is not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires it. If we cannot activate service at your address at all, anything you paid for that line is refunded in full.
Mac Device Protection (optional)
What it is. Mac Device Protection is an optional accidental-damage service plan sold by Mac Wireless Co. for one phone, tablet or watch: $7.99 a month on a Mac Wireless line (added at checkout or from My Account, and it stops with your next bill when you turn it off), or a one-time 12-month plan on a device bought in the shop ($49, $89 or $129 depending on the device's price; it starts on the delivery date).
What it covers. Cracked screens, liquid damage, and failures outside the manufacturer's warranty, on the covered device only. Each approved claim carries a $49 service fee; we repair the device or replace it with the same model (or a comparable one) in equivalent condition. Up to 2 claims in any 12 months. Cosmetic wear, loss, theft, intentional damage, unauthorized repairs, software problems and accessories are not covered. Monthly plans must be current (no past-due bill) when the claim is made, and coverage begins with the first paid bill that includes it.
How to claim. Call or text 1-866-729-9569 or email us with your number or order number and a photo of the damage. We ship a prepaid label or arrange the swap in McComb; most claims are settled within 5 business days of receiving the device. Cancel a monthly plan any time from My Account; a 12-month plan can be cancelled for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if no claim has been made.
Mac Device Protection is a service contract, not insurance. Have counsel confirm the registration and disclosure requirements for service contracts in each state where it is sold before offering it.
