Does the price go up after a year?
There is no promotional first-year rate: the price on the card is the price. Discounts are the autopay discount and the phone-line bundle, and both stay as long as autopay and the phone line stay on. Taxes on equipment are separate.

What is the difference between the Home plans and Backup & RV?
Home plans are unlimited and meant to be the only internet in the house. Backup & RV plans are pooled buckets of 20, 30 or 40GB a month for a cable outage, a camper or a seasonal place — you can suspend them between trips.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from My Account or with a call — the change takes effect on your next cycle date so you keep the month you paid for. Moving between Home, Essential and Backup plans uses the same router.
What about taxes and fees?
Internet access service is exempt from Mississippi sales tax under federal law, so the plan price is the plan price. Routers you buy or rent are taxed at checkout, and the E911 charge applies to phone lines, not internet. Every charge is shown before you pay.
How do I get help setting it up?

What if it does not work well at my house?
Unopened routers can be returned within 30 days; opened routers within 30 days if defective. The service is month to month, so a bad fit costs a month, not a year.
