Terms of Service
Last updated September 3, 2026 · Mac Financial Tech Group, Inc., doing business as Mac Wireless Co.
Who we are and what these terms cover
Mac Wireless Co. is a brand of Mac Financial Tech Group, Inc., a Mississippi corporation at 1000 Highland Colony Parkway, Building 5000, STE 5203, McComb, MS 39648 ("Mac Wireless", "we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and Mac Wireless for wireless service, devices and equipment bought on this site, preorders, financing applications, and the My Account customer portal. By activating a line, placing an order, or using the portal you agree to them.
Mac Wireless provides service on nationwide networks that we access through wholesale agreements. We are responsible to you for the service; the network operators are not parties to this agreement.
Plans, prices, taxes and fees
Every plan includes unlimited talk and text within the United States. Plans differ by high-speed data allowance and hotspot allowance. Plan prices are per line, per month, and do not include taxes and fees: state and local sales or telecommunications taxes and the state E911 fee are added at checkout and on every bill, shown before you pay. Rates depend on your service address and are set out on each bill.
After your high-speed allowance is used, data continues at a reduced speed for the rest of the cycle with no overage charge. Hotspot data is limited to the plan allowance. Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use on a phone or tablet; we may throttle, suspend or move a line that is used for continuous bulk data transfer, resold, or used in a way that harms the network.
Prices can change with 30 days' notice on this site and in the portal. Price changes take effect at the start of your next cycle.
Billing and autopay — paid in advance
Every plan and every product is paid for in advance. For service, your first month plus taxes and fees is charged at activation, and each following month is due on your cycle date before that month starts — paid by autopay or in My Account. Devices, laptops and equipment are paid in full at checkout unless you qualify for financing through one of our financing partners (see the financing disclosures). Statements are available in My Account and by email.
With autopay on, each bill is charged to your card on file on the cycle date and you receive the autopay discount shown on the plans page while it stays on. You can turn autopay off at any time in the portal; the discount ends with it.
If a bill is not paid within five days of the cycle date, the line is paused (calls, texts and data stop, except 911) until the balance is paid. A line paused for more than 60 days may be cancelled and its number released. Unpaid balances remain due.
Multi-line discounts apply to additional lines on the same account while the first line stays active. Referral credits are applied to the next open bill and have no cash value.
Number transfers (porting)
You can keep your number when you join. Provide the account number and transfer PIN from your current carrier exactly as they appear; a mismatch is the most common cause of a delayed transfer. Keep your old service on until the transfer completes — cancelling it first can lose the number. Your old carrier may charge an early-termination or final bill; that is between you and them.
You can move your number away from Mac Wireless at any time. Request the transfer PIN in the portal or by phone; do not cancel your Mac Wireless line first, because a disconnected number cannot be ported.
Devices, SIMs and eSIMs
You can bring any unlocked phone. We check the IMEI for lock status and network fit before activation, but we cannot guarantee a phone we did not sell will work on every feature (for example Wi-Fi calling or 5G bands). Physical SIMs are mailed by ground; eSIMs are delivered as a QR code at checkout and in the portal. A SIM or eSIM is for use with Mac Wireless service only and stays our property.
Buying devices and equipment
New devices are offered as preorders at the price shown per configuration, unlocked. A preorder is a reservation: nothing is charged until a specialist confirms availability, tax and delivery with you. You can cancel a preorder any time before it ships at no cost.
Certified pre-owned devices are sold in the condition grade shown, unlocked or Wi-Fi/GPS models, with a 30-day functional warranty and the return policy in our Returns & warranty page. Mac5G equipment is sold at the prices published on mac5g.net and ships from the supplier.
Device prices are before sales tax; tax is calculated from your shipping address at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Mac Wireless never sees or stores your full card number.
Financing
Lease-to-own and pay-over-time options are offered through the financing firms named on the shop page, each under its own agreement with you. Applying runs a soft credit check through the three national bureaus, which does not affect your score. A 20% deposit is due at signing and the balance is financed. See Financing disclosures for how the programs work.
911 and emergency calling
Calls to 911 are available on every line, including a paused line. Wi-Fi calling and some indoor situations have limitations that could affect 911 — read the E911 notice. Keep the service address on your account current; it is the address sent to emergency services when your location cannot be determined.
Your account, PIN and the portal
Your account PIN protects your line. Anyone with your number and PIN can manage the line, so keep it private and change it in the portal if you think it is known. We will never ask for your PIN by text or email. You are responsible for activity on your line until you tell us it is lost or stolen — suspend it instantly from My Account.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in My Account or by calling us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for; a month already paid is not refunded except where the law requires it. Transfer your number out before you cancel if you want to keep it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to break the law, send spam or unsolicited robocalls, harass anyone, tamper with the network, or resell service. We can suspend or cancel a line that does, after notice where practical.
Limits on our responsibility
Wireless service depends on radio conditions, weather, terrain, buildings, network capacity and the devices you use, and can be interrupted. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Our total liability to you for any claim about the service or a device is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or business. Some states do not allow these limits; they apply to the extent the law permits.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, call us first — most problems are fixed in one call. These terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Pike County, Mississippi, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Material changes are announced on this site and in the portal at least 30 days before they take effect.
