Turn on autopay at checkout or later from My Account. The discount applies from the next bill and stays as long as autopay is on. Turn it off any time — no penalty.

Prepaid questions
Can I switch plans in the middle of a month?
Yes, from My Account. The new plan starts on your next cycle date so you always get the full month you paid for; if you need more data right away, a specialist can move you the same day and prorate it.
Will my phone work?
Any unlocked iPhone or Android works. Enter the IMEI (dial *#06#) and your ZIP on the home page and we confirm the network in seconds. Phones still on an installment plan with another carrier usually need to be paid off to unlock.
Is the hotspot included?
Not on the launch lineup — none of the 5 plans includes mobile hotspot today. The plan facts on the Plans page are updated the day it is added.
How do I refill or pay ahead?
Sign in to My Account and pay the current bill or the next one early. Autopay skips a month you have already covered. There are no refill cards to buy.
When does the autopay discount start?
The bill after you turn autopay on. Turn it on at checkout and your second month is already $5.00 less.
How do I activate an eSIM?
Choose eSIM at checkout. Within minutes you get a QR code by email and in My Account; scan it in your phone settings and the line is live. Need a physical SIM? We mail one to you.
Can I keep my number?
Yes, free. Have the account number and Number Transfer PIN from your current carrier ready at checkout (most carriers: text PORT to 611). Keep the old service on until the number lands.
What taxes and fees are added?
Sales tax on the service and the state E911 charge per line, by your ZIP. Both are shown at checkout and on every bill. There is no activation fee, no device connection charge and no early-termination fee.
