Plan questions
Does every line on the account have to be on the same plan?
No. Mix plans line by line — a Mac Business Premium for the person on the road, a Mac Business Basic for the shop phone. The line-count tier applies to the whole account, so every line gets the same percentage off its own plan.
Why does the price change at six lines?
One to five lines use the consumer rule (line 1 at the plan price, extra lines $5.00 off). From six lines the whole account is priced as a business account — 10% off every line including the first, 12% from twenty — and a specialist builds it for you.
What does "confirmed in writing" mean at 20+ lines?
The price on this page is the price, but at twenty lines and up we send a written quote with every line, add-on, tax and fee for your state before anything is activated, and that quote is what bills.
Can we order more than five lines online?
Not yet — six or more lines are set up by a specialist so the SIMs can be staged and the numbers moved in waves. It usually happens the same business day you call, and the quote is on the page before you do.
What happens after the high-speed allowance?
Speeds are reduced until the next cycle. There is never an overage charge, and the allowance resets on your cycle date.
Is there really no activation fee?
Really. No activation fee, no device connection charge, no contract and no early-termination fee. SIMs are free and eSIMs are issued the same day.
How is the account billed?
Every month is paid in advance: the first at signing, each month after on the cycle date by autopay or from My Account before the month starts — one statement for every line, add-on, tax and fee, itemised per line. There are no net terms; devices and laptops can be financed on approved credit through our financing partners.
